Return Policy

We offer a full no quibble money back guarantee on all our products – all we ask is you talk to us first and give us an opportunity to resolve your problem. If we cannot do this and you still wish to return an item you must have a valid returns number before you return a product. To get one simply use the store contact page and state your returns classification from the list below. Damages must be reported as quickly as possible and no later then three working days of delivery.

 

  • Classification – Damaged/Faulty Products R01

If there’s a problem with a product use this classification and give details of the damage when you request your returns number. If the item was damaged in transit the insurance on the delivery service we use will cover your postal expenses for returning the item.

For faulty products, once returned they will be examined carefully and we will email you the results of our quality control inspection. If we agree with you the product is faulty we will then issue either a replacement or if you refuse a replacement we can refund you the value of the product plus original shipping costs. If we are unable to provide a replacement we will issue a full refund. If we are satisfied the product is in serviceable condition we will notify you and arrange delivery back to you and offer technical support to help you with your product. If you return a product under R01 classification we cannot issue a refund if the product is in A1 condition.

 

  • Classification – Incorrect Products R02

If you feel we’ve sent you the wrong product you should choose this classification. If the product we sent you was not what you ordered we will replace it free of charge and pay for the postage to return the incorrect item. If you ordered the wrong product by mistake we’re happy to change it for you – once you have your returns number please send the item back in it’s original condition, we will ask you to pay shipping for the new item to be despatched. If the product is damaged you must use the R01 classification, products returned as the wrong product will not be replaced if the goods are damaged when they come back to us. Damages must be reported before you return the item and returned under R01.

 

  • Classification – Simple Return R03

If you’ve simply changed your mind about making your purchase, that’s fine just use this classification and once you have your returns number simply return the unopened product in it’s original packing and we will refund your payment except for the original shipping cost. If the product has been opened or used you cannot use this returns classification.

 

Preparing Items For Return

Refunds will not be issued without a valid returns number.

Make sure you use the right returns classification.

Re-pack the item in it’s original packing and label the box with the returns number we give you. You should ensure the item is sent with a guaranteed delivery service e.g. signed for recorded, Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service or a courier. If the item fails to come back to us we cannot issue a refund.
