Rubber Based Plus
Rubber Base Plus has always been and continues to be the most widely used small offset press printing ink around the world. It is truly an economical ink since it stays open on the press for days at a time eliminating the need and time of costly wash-ups and it will not skin in the can. It is highly pigmented resulting in brilliant colours and more impressions from each gram. It sets rapidly on uncoated papers making it the ideal ink for a quick turn-a-round. Rubber Based Plus runs extremely well on any small to mid-sized press.
The world famous ink suitable for uncoated papers and all types of plate systems. Suitable for conventional or integrated dampening systems and perfect for traditional printing (letterpress work). Ideal for thermography, forms and envelope printers.
It is not intended for use on coated or hard surfaced stocks without the addition of driers.
Rubber based plus is available in a dense all-purpose Universal Black as well as the basic pantone colours.
It is supplied in 1kg tins and we also supply a rubber based plus ink in 100g tubes.
