‘Sticky Mount’ fixes polymer plates to your Chase Base ready for printing
Available in A4 sheet or 300mm x 25m roll form.
Sticky Mount is an airflow tape specially designed for polymer and flexo plate applications. Lay one edge of the plate onto the exposed tape and press down in the centre across the width of the plate, then gently brush out from the centre to the ends of the plate. Flip the plate over and use a medium density rubber roller to roll out the tape for firm fixing and to remove any airbubbles. If any air bubbles remain prick with the point of a sharp marking knife and allow the air to escape before pressing down.
